WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Due to the intended performance usage of the engines and parts we sell all products are sold without any expressed or implied warranty of mechanical ability, fitness or performance. Some UltraStreet engines (except Supercharged, Twisted or Big Power) carry a limited warranty covered by Charter Warranty Company and any claims must be initiated through Charter Warranty Company to be honored. This warranty is valid in the United States and Canada only.

RETURN POLICY: Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval, and is subject to a 15% handling and/or restocking charge. All goods must be returned freight prepaid and insured. Any claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 72 hours. There are no returns allowed on special order or machined parts. No parts can be returned for exchange or credit after 60 days.

DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY: If you believe you have received defective parts that carry a warranty, you must contact us first before returning them to get authorization and an RGA number. Some parts must be sent to the original manufacturer as per their policy while other parts must be shipped here. You will be told where to ship said merchandise when you call for an RGA number. All parts must be shipped freight pre-paid with the RGA number prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging and you should fully insure them to protect yourself in case of loss. After receiving said parts we will inspect them and determine if parts are truly defective and will contact you with our findings. If we find them to be defective we will either repair or replace them at our discretion and return them to you freight pre-paid and insured within the 48 states. If we find the parts not defective, installed incorrectly or misused we will not be able to warranty them. If you request these parts be returned to you they will be shipped freight collect.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment for all engine work is due in full upon completion. If not paid within 30 days after completion date the customer will be liable for interest charges of 1.5% per month of the balance due. After 90 days we will commence charging for storage at a rate of $15 per day. For any item left unpaid after 1 year from date of completion we will consider it as "abandoned property" and reserve the right to sell such property to recover all balances due including interest and storage fees. If sold, any amount received over the total balance including interest and storage charges plus any incidental sales expenses will be held for the customer as a "credit only" towards any future purchase. Credit Card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

SHORT BLOCKS / PARTIAL ENGINES: Have been machined, balanced and assembled to the highest of industry standards. It is the responsibility of the final engine assembler to check and ascertain that all parts, physical clearances and tolerances are compatible for their particular application. If for any reason you feel that there is a fitment issue, contact us immediately before continuing with your assembly. Due to the intended usage of these products and the fact they are only partial engine assemblies we can offer no warranty or guarantee of any kind. It is the responsibility of the customer and/or his mechanic to inspect and check everything before completing final engine assembly. No adjustments or claims can be processed after engine has been started.
